We aim to give at least 24 to 48 hours notice for every engagement. Your availability is always confirmed before anything is scheduled, nothing is placed in your diary without your explicit consent. You can also set preferred days, time windows, and blackout periods at any time.

Yes. During onboarding and at any point afterwards, you can define the topics you are willing to cover and those you are not. We will never schedule you on a project outside your defined scope without checking with you first.
