What you’ll do

  • Identify and engage senior professionals using expert sourcing tools and targeted research
  • Manage the end-to-end expert onboarding process, including screening, compliance and profile setup
  • Run multiple expert searches in parallel and deliver within agreed timelines
  • Prepare clear, accurate expert profiles from screening notes
  • Build working knowledge of new industries and technical topics quickly
  • Use AI tools effectively for research and sourcing, with careful review of every output

What we look for

  • 1-3 years in research, recruitment, consulting or an expert network, or a strong graduate profile
  • Strong research and online sourcing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail and sound judgement when screening experts
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Genuine curiosity about how different industries work

  • Schedule calls between clients and experts across time zones, with no errors
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior clients
  • Maintain accurate records of every call and client update
  • Ensure timely expert payments for completed calls
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare invoices and process them to clients through to collection
  • Manage multiple live projects and keep clients updated at every stage
  • Use AI tools effectively for research, call summaries and client updates, with careful review of every output

What we look for

  • 2-4 years in client servicing, account management or an expert network
  • A polished, professional manner with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisation and accuracy with records and scheduling
  • Commercial awareness, including a working understanding of invoicing
  • Ownership and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • A collaborative approach to working across teams
